"I have now lost 140cm off my thighs, hips, waist, chest, neck and arms since Jan 18. I have lost my “bat wings” and it’s been replaced by muscle and my weight is only about 5 pounds lighter than last January.
I’m delighted and food, exercise and making healthy choices are so ingrained in my thought processes and I can once again only thank you.
We still go out, drink on occasion but it’s always balance and my friends and colleagues think I am the healthiest person they know!
